By using this website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which govern Amiee Marie Hair Studio and its relationship with you as our customer or viewer in relation to this website.

The term Amiee Marie Hair Studio and its customers and Amiee Marie shall be used interchangeably and in both instances refer to the owner of this website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. 

1. We reserve to right to refuse to supply products to anyone for any reason at any time. However the reason to refuse supply will not be un-reasonably withheld.
2. We reserve the right not to supply product if we feel that the selected products are not in accordance with the specifications that may have been provided by a hair technician, or may put you at some risk.
3. We do not accept any responsibility for product choices which may be deemed to be incompatible for their required function. If in doubt please seek advice prior to placing an order on our site.
4. By completing the online order form you agree to accept shipment for the selected product, and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order form.
5. By completing the online order form you agree and accept that you are the person responsible for the payment, whichever method used and you accept responsibility for all charges made by our site.
6. Offers, promotions and specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or specials.
